Available Business Management Software
Overview
Laundrix is a complete web application for running laundry and dry-cleaning businesses, built so one installation can serve many separate companies (multi-tenant). Each company’s data is isolated on the server, so one company can never read or change another’s. It replaces paper tickets and spreadsheets with a single system: orders are taken at a point of sale, every garment gets its own QR code and barcode tag, and garments move through configurable production stages with quality control before hand-over. It also covers pickup and delivery with a driver workflow, payments and invoicing (including Paystack card payments), inventory, equipment, expenses, customer loyalty, a customer portal with public order tracking, and operational analytics. Access is controlled by a central permission system with 16 role templates (front desk, operators, quality control, drivers, accountants and others). Prices, rush fees, workflows and subscription plans are configurable data, not hard-coded. Features that need an outside provider (payments, email, SMS, WhatsApp, AI) show “Integration not configured” until you add that provider’s keys. It is built with Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript and PostgreSQL with Prisma, and ships with 116 automated tests, including tests that check cross-company data isolation. A product of Numi Innovations LTD.

Garment-level tracking
Each item gets its own QR and Code 128 tag, inspection record, photos and timeline from drop-off to delivery.
Production and quality control
Configurable stages, workstation queues, scan-to-advance, QC checklists, rework tracking and damage or lost-item cases.
Point of sale and pricing
Pricing per garment, per kg, per basket or per service, with rush tiers, discounts that need manager approval, and receipts.
Pickup and delivery
Dispatch board, driver assignment, signature and OTP-verified delivery, and offline-safe updates.
Payments and invoicing
Cash, transfer, card, wallet and account credit. Paystack payments are confirmed on the server through verified webhooks.
